Ordering Literature or a DVD

Check or Money Order Purchases

To purchase an item with a credit card, use the “Add to Cart” buttons. If you would like priority shipping, just call to let us know, and we’ll send you a bill for the extra cost along with your order. If your order is over 25 lbs, we’ll send you a bill you for the additional shipping and handling costs along with your order.

Check or Money Order Purchases To purchase an item with a check or money order, please use our downloadable literature order form. The interactive order form is an Excel Spreadsheet, which you can download, fill in, print, and then send to us with your check or money order. Click here to download an order form. To complete the interactive order form, enter the quantity of each item you are ordering. The order form will automatically calculate the price and the weight of your purchase. Use this weight and your zip code to find the shipping and handling cost using our shipping and handling chart. Then enter this shipping and handling cost onto your order form. Click here for the shipping and handling rate chart to complete your order form. This may take a few minutes to download. After completing the order form, print it out, and mail it along with your check or money order to:
